I just love eating at Jimmy John’s the store is always clean and the staff there is just amazing. The person who helped us tonight was so nice and helpful I believe her name was Kaci, I haven’t had good customer service in a long time except for tonight. Kaci was so helpful with helping me find out what type of sandwich I would like, she was also very patient with me and my daughter in finding a great sandwich for her. I definitely will be back. Thank You Kaci for helping me with our order.

My order is NEVER right. In the last 5 weeks, it has been wrong all 5 times. From the wrong sandwich, to having mayo on it, to charging me for a giant rather than a regular. What’s worse is that I have a food allergy. Often I’ve lost money because I found out at the office after I’ve left the restaurant. I started checking at the window and even started to go in. This last time was my final trip. I’ll give anyone several chances but for what they charge for a sandwich, I’m done.

The tomatoes taste old. I find this to be consistent with every Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to honestly and I’ve only had a handful of decent sandwiches from there. The people at this one were really nice though.

Drive-thru attendant was short and rude, food was subpar at best and the brownie they are advertising comes in a sealed cellophane package and is basic for way to much money, go to 711 and get two for that price that are 10 times better. They’re food used to be good at least.

Just called for delivery. The address I am at is 1.5 miles from this store, they deliver here all the time. I call to order for delivery and the general manager tells me the address is to far for delivery!! Really! 1.5 miles from your store. Bye jimmy johns! Got a tuna sandwich, this is just pure laziness. The tuna covers maybe a 1/3rd of the sandwich and the rest is dry bread with lettuce. No Mayo, and our other sandwich had no Mayo either and was full of lettuce which I requested no lettuce. If you have a job to do, please do it. They weren’t busy at all, so business isn’t an excuse.

Eating low-carb is delightfully easier and hand-held thanks to the “unwich” – this one was a beach club: turkey, avocado, tomato, provolone, all wrapped in an iceberg lettuce leaf – a little like a salad all wrapped in a leaf with paper on the outside to reinforce it all.
