The manager was really rude and told me I ordered my food wrong, then I had to pull around to the front so they could being my sandwich and then never brought it to me they just set it on the carry out shelf and I sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting and when I went in they didn’t even know where my sandwich was. If the manager wasn’t so rude I could probably forgive everything else but it’s ridiculous he talks to customers like that.

For some reason, my two online orders were declined, although there’s plenty of money in my bank account! I called the restaurant I ordered from (on South Western in OKC), and the manager, Mercedes, told me they had no order for me and to call my bank. Then she hung up on me. Check this restaurant off my list for phone orders!!

Very polite and fast service! Ashley was my hero tonight. I had a technical issue with my online order and she made a positive out of a negative. I haven’t felt so grateful and pleased with food service on the south side of Okc in a long time. You could say this store location on south western has my vote as favorite.
