Took a “freaky fast” hour for my food to be delivered and I live under 5 minutes away from the store. Big fan of the sandwiches but that wait time is pretty ridiculous. Especially when the tracking on the app said it was out for delivery 30 minutes before I received my order.

Google and Apple Maps says hours of operation until 12am. After driving 15 minutes to get there, employees tell me they closed at 10pm. Management dropped the ball on that one. Post the correct hours.

This location was a little slower than others we visit more frequently. The food was the same quality as any other location we have visited. Bathrooms were clean and wasn’t busy when we arrived. Inside was larger than other locations we have visited.

We received two sandwiches with bread so hard I cut the roof of my mouth, the chips expired in 4 days and the veggies weren’t fresh. No parking for the store. I will not return to this location and would not recommend anyone to.

When they took my order I told them they probably weren’t as fast as they advertised. Before I could even pull my card out of the machine I was struck in the face with a bag of sandwiches. I could not believe how incredibly fast my order was fulfilled. Will be back after my face has healed.

Made a delivery order, they accepted it, and an HOUR AND A HALF later, nothing. Had to call 10 times to get an answer only for them to say they had too many catering orders and couldn’t make anything today! They couldn’t tell me that in the first place before I waited an HOUR AND A HALF?! In fact, because I had to call THEM, I know they had no intention of informing me! Garbage customer service!
