Usually whatever we order is made to perfection and delicious. Today we ordered for the company I work for. Our company provides lunch for the employees that work Saturday. What we got was pretty pathetic to say the least, especially for what we paid. We would have been better off putting our own sandwiches together. The driver we sent to pick-up also mentioned the terrible interactions with the employees, “they weren’t very friendly”.

Not the first time. The particular location has delivered food over an hour late. This time I had to drive to the store because they wouldn’t answer their phone after over an hour. I’ve called corporate twice in my life and this was the second time. This is my first ever review at one star. Don’t know what’s going on.

Lovely food, and great people, but they only have one sandwich maker who has to apparently clean all the tables in the lobby and make all the sandwiches so it definitely lacks in a timely fashion and alot of stuff is delayed due to lack of workers inside. Lovely workers who do work here but I feel like they should have at least 2 employees inside not just one guy who has to do everything while the others are out delivering, very weird and penny pincher esque…

We’ve used this location twice. First visit I can’t really give an opinion on bc the food was to just tie us over while I was in the hospital, so I don’t remember much. But for our second visit I could at least tell the bread was much smaller, like slightly bigger than cheap hot dog buns, for a regular size. Our sandwiches came with avocado, but it wasn’t really there? Weird – won’t visit a JJ location again, can’t waste that much money. On the plus side the person who helped us at the counter was nice.

The best thing about Jimmy John’s is there system is spot on. Even when the service isn’t the best you get a consistently perfect sandwich. I will definitely try this location again as I’m sure the service was only off because they only had one employee working.

I ordered my lunch at 10:15 to be delivered during my lunch time at 12:30. By 1:15 after my lunch break I had to cancel my order. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I love their sandwiches but I miss lunch cause they can’t deliver on time. Update: do not leave a review on their website they will not reply to you or give you any refund. Someone replied to my post and told me to leave a review and it would be sent to the store owner. Nothing came of it.

Really disappointed this run. Usually i have no problems with my order. I requested a totally tuna, no tomato because I can’t eat them, add onion and pickle. No onion or pickle was added. They included tomatoes. Just really sad to see one of my favorite places being run badly by people who don’t care.

Second time recently that sandwiches were made not how they were ordered. Loosely made, poorly wrapped. Not labeled. Drinks barely 3/4 filled. Contacted JJ feedback they said they would let the store know. A fair amount of time has passed since but the store has done nothing. Sad experiences recently from my favorite lunch spot.

Do not Doordash this Jimmy John’s. They simply won’t deliver your food. I’ve tried 3 different times, each time thinking it would be different, and each time I never got my food and had to get a refund. I don’t know why they even offer that service if they won’t do it.
