Earlier this week, I visited to grab a quick lunch. Upon returning to the office, I realized my sandwich was not properly made. I called and spoke to the general manager, Yvonne, and she was extremely apologetic and asked that I return so that it could be made right. I went in today and not only did she comp my replacement sandwich, she promo’d my entire ticket/meal, though she did not have to. It was not at all expected, but I certainly appreciate her going over and beyond to extend great customer service. Thank you, Yvonne! And they have the best BBQ chips and hot peppers!

I’m 2 miles away from the store (7 minutes). The girl, who claims to be the manager when I asked to speak to the manager, had to ask a driver if they deliver to my address. She had no clue where Irving blvd is in Dallas. It literally intersects with Mockingbird, the street her franchise intersects with. She hung up on me 3 times when I was talking to her.

Pfff. Subway is garbage. This place smells fresh, rather than smelling like a refrigerator that’s been left open over the weekend. Good sandwiches, really fast. A little pricey, and sometimes they don’t LBI when I ask for it (because by the time I say it, they’re halfway done with the sandwich – super fast). Good crew of people. Often very good taste in music.

Ordered a sandwich to where I work and the delivery driver never made it to me. Called and talked to him multiple times and he couldn’t figure it out. Gave him my exact location and still couldn’t find it. Called the store and she said she could find the address just fine. I sat outside my work for 45 minutes in the 102 degree heat and never got my food. The lady I spoke with on the phone From the store was nice and helpful so it wasn’t the stores fault. If you Go to this location pick it up or use the drive through.

They have wonderful sandwiches and great specials. I get my neighbor the special crunchy beef because she likes it. I liked the Thai chicken sandwich they had over the summer. Definitely like their regular menu and the specials are like icing on the cake!

I have ordered from this restaurant drive thru twice. The first time my sandwich was perfect. I order the same sandwich every time. Vito with extra mayo, extra pickles and extra cucumbers. Today I ordered the same exact order and the woman read it back to me just the way I ordered! I get home with my sandwich that had NO MAYO, NO PICKLES AND NO CUCUMBERS AT ALL!!!! . The crew that’s there tonight cannot follow instructions
