My order was fine I just wanted to say 2 of the employees were so rude to the 3rd employee who was just delivering orders and was being kind. I was asking if my chips were in the bag to double check and the lady yelled at me that everything was in the bag and rolled her eyes. I’ve never experienced such negative and rude employees from Jimmy John’s they’re always kind but this location has some rude employees so don’t expect great customer service when going here but your food will be fine

had to wait an hour for my order to arrive at my house, only bought a simple sandwich and chips. i called and she said they were very understaffed but nevertheless the food came out okay and the sandwich was in good condition. please hire more people for the poor staff.

This was a disaster; we placed a delivery order for 12:30 for a staff lunch celebration 17 in attendance — at around 12:40 we started calling the Jimmy Johns on beltline non-stop they never answered, no less that 30 calls— in the meantime the staff was hungry started eating snacks and getting food at the local grocery store — our order did not show up until 1:40. needless to say we did not have our lunch meeting nor did the staff eat Jimmy Johns

I ordered 2 #7’s for delivery online order. When I receive my sandwiches the bread was soggy my whole sandwich was falling apart. On the both of them. We order from this location multiple times always the same thing & never have this happened. So we called and spoke to a Jared (who is apparently the manager) and he could care less about our concerns. So we said we would come to the store ourself to show him the sandwiches. When we got there he didn’t even acknowledge us he just continued to read other order he was making. He handed us a bag with one sandwich without even expressing concern about why we were there. After telling him it was both sandwiches (over the phone & we brought them back to show) he snatched the receipt off the bag in my hand and threw the lettuce and peppers & condiments all over the Sandwhich. Proceeded to throw the sandwhich all over the DIRTY counter that they had our sandwhich on. Didn’t speak a single word but had the audacity to throw my food all over the place. I paid for it I expected it to be made properly. I asked to speak with a. Manager and he yelled back “I am the manager” angrily passed me the sandwhich & rolled his eyes and walked off.

So I have been ordering from this location for the last year and I probably order from here 3-5 times a month. With that beings said the last 2 months the quality of product that they are putting out is unacceptable. The last two times I have ordered the ULTIMATE PORKER it has had one piece of bacon on it! Today my chips were opened when they got here and my root beer was strictly carbonated water! They either do not get my order correct or it takes over an hour to get here and I am less than a mile from the location. Several times my bread has been wet as if water were spilled on it from the wet lettuce. I will not be ordering from this location anymore especially around lunch because the quality is awful. Attention to detail is so important in a sandwich shop because lets face it .. Sandwiches are plain. So if they are not prepared well its obvious. I order here so much because its convenient but I would rather waste half of my lunch and stand in line at PotBellys than be served the type of food that I have been getting. A 20$ sandwich order should be GREAT and my experience was far short of that mark.
