Wow, just wow. Freaky fast, no. Freaky RUDE and Freaky SLOW? Yes. Ordered curbside pickup, 2 sandwiches. Placed at 4:48 PM. At 5:10pm I went ahead and walked in the store rather than waiting for curbside. No other customers except the ones ordering in front of me. Even after they were done ordering no one spoke to me. After I had awkwardly been standing at the register for TEN MINUTES, I was asked if there “for a pickup or something” then they started making my order which had been place 32 minutes prior. Zero apologies, 100% awkward. Will never be back to this location. No wonder you need to bribe people for 5 star reviews.

We ordered online for a family of 8 and showed up to a packed restaurant and only two ladies working. They were awesome and pumped those sandwiches out as quickly as possible. They were apologetic that it seemed to them it was taking so long. But I was impressed at how quickly they were working with a full restaurant. Thank you, ladies!

Rrived at 12 for lunch, I’m standing in line, 2 orders in front of me, been waiting for 20 minutes, I’ve seen more people leave than have placed an order. It’s like this everytime I come here. They need more staff. They also care more about the online orders than the people standing in line. Another person came in and left without ordering. Count 8 order tickets hanging on the sandwich line, and the 2 employees keep checking the computer screens which are 12 feet away on opposite wall. It’s 1225 now still haven’t ordered. They just took 4 more online order tickets off the printer and hung them up. 1226 I have placed my order 2 sandwiches and it cost $25.22. Almost a dollar for each minute I waited. The drink machine is out of ice. 1228 received 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches taste consistently similar to previous visits.

DONT EAT HERE. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I went in for an interview and the older lady was very rude and told another worker, if she isn’t applying for an assistant manager she can leave. After I showed up 20 minutes early and I have experience as a manager so if it would have been presented correctly I probably would have mentioned my experience to her but I didn’t even get a chance. Also I got a text about the interview at 6:30 am and there was no name or anything just “can you come in for an interview tomorrow” no name. No location and she didn’t confirm the time either. I’m sick of these jobs being able to treat you any kind of way when I have GREAT customer service and I would NEVER. THIS ESTABLISHMENT LITERALLY HAD SOMEONE TEXT ME TALKING MESS TO MY PHONE THIS MORNING BEHIND THIS REVIEW. IM LEAVING IT UP.

I highly recommend this place. The sandwiches are always 100% fresh and the staff is always nice. I have never had a bad experience with this location, unlike others. The staff is always smiling and dancing to the music when I go. They always remember me and what I eat. It makes for a great lunch when you feel like you are actually cared about. Great job to your staff and the management that runs this place. I will always come back!!

I visited Jimmy Johns recently and I must say I had a lovely experience… the smell of fresh bread when you walked in made me want a sandwich even more…The store was clean. The employees was all nice in there. Everyone greeted me as I walked in. The new GM has really shaped this store up.. it really has changed since the last time I was there…The food was amazing and I received it fast. I would totally recommend for everyone to have lunch here..

i just left this location I didn’t get anything because the white guy was very rude had an attitude kept rushing me to order when I wasn’t even in there 5 minutes to order then in the middle of me ordering the black guy stop and say we can’t make your sandwich we don’t have any bread then as soon as I walk out he locked the door

and imp when she took my order. Screamed at me couple times when I tried to do a split payment with cash and ApplePay. But she was nice to other customers. I hate bringing racism issues but apparently she was one of those peeps only nice to certain but not my kind. I’ve been to this location multiple times and other staff are nice. 3/24/2023 1:52 (PS as I am writing this review she passed out the food to the customer that came in behind me sigh)

The experience was amazing from start to finish. My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, they had our online order ready on time and were able to take care of the hiccup where we had a wrongly clicked item on the website on our end right away. We would highly recommend going to this location.
