Can someone please acknowledge the cashier that just pet a customers dog and proceeded to hand people their sandwiches without washing their hands! This was the same employee who my last visit rudely told a customer she was not on the clock when the customer asked for her help even though she was at the meat cutter making a sandwich. Gave it a second try and won’t be back!

Usually I love Jimmy John’s. But twice in the last month I have ordered the number 7, a sandwich that comes with hot peppers, and both times it’s fine without them. There may be one cherry pepper on the whole sandwich. Very disappointing

I love the flavors here, the italian sandwich is my favorite one and they are super, super fast, my total time in the store never exceeds 5 minutes. The store always looks very clean and the staff is friendly. I only give them four stars because I wish they had a drive thru. Prices are acceptable. It has an access ramp.

My husband and I were out running errands and I started to get hangry, so into Jimmy John’s we went. I didn’t want any greasy fast food. I wanted a really great tasting sandwich. I asked my husband to order for me and he did, but left off some of the veggies that I love. The gentleman that made my sandwich, wrapped up some cucumbers and packs of mayo to make it the best sandwich ever.

This location is awful….do not ever order delivery directly from them if you want to get your food in a decent amount of time. One time I spent over an hour waiting for food and the other close to two hours and I tip, live less than 5 minutes from their location and one of the times it was pre-pandemic.
