I ordered a sandwich for my lunch, ordered a Favorites, which is supposed to be double meat, double cheese, and whenever I had opened up the sandwich, there was barely anything in it. It was all bread when I had spoke to the manager in corporate office. They both informed me that, even though I ordered a Favorites that is supposed to come with double meat, double cheese, my sandwich. I have been a loyal customer of Jimmy John’s for five years. But never again that used to be a great place, but I will never waste my money on this little bit of food again if I could give a lower than a one star, I would

Definitely fast, but that’s as far as it goes. Bland meats, the breed was even worse. The Cubano comes with dijon, and it had it, but the tiniest dribble possible. In the pic, you can almost see the dijon. Also, they don’t toast any of their sandwiches? What good is bacon on a sandwich, if it’s cold? I asked why they don’t toast them, and the smart-a$$ guy making my sandwich said that cold cuts are supposed to be cold. News flash, genius: BACON is not a cold cut! I didn’t say anything to him, for fear he’d hock a loogie on my sandwich. Will never go back.

Very good food… Don’t forget to tip your delivery driver… Never have your food delivered if you aren’t going to tip your driver… These people climb 3 flights of stairs for some of you ,walk forever through a mall and endure the crappiest weather to hand you your food…I personally would NEVER have my food delivered to my home or work and not tip my driver…

Always love Jimmy John’s. Of the chain sub-shops, it is my favorite, I’ve tried them all. It is the most similar to a family-owned delicatessen you can get at a chain. And they are always friendly and super quick with your order, by the time you’ve placed your order your sub is done being freshly made and is ready to eat. I might go today, now that I think about it.

My favorite sandwich shop in Wichita Falls! We order from here at least once a week, and the whole staff is awesome. Whatever Jimmy Johns does to “find good help” they’re doing. My order is always correct and made perfectly. Everyone is cordial and attentive with every person walking in the door. Highly recommend this establishment!!

My buddy chris that never got his order delivered and never got his money back is the reason me and my family are not gonna eat there no more. 30 dollars is what jimmy owes him . they could have had Thanksgiving meals for that. Come to find out they set at home on Thanksgiving with out food. If i would have know i would have taking them something. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything online that’s what happened to him.
