8 minutes on hold to attempt to place a pickup order. Hung up on twice. Ended up driving there to place my order. Waited 5 minutes for someone to address me and take my order (i was the only person in the area) and then another 10 minutes to get my order. Super splendid service.

Fast service even with the lines, sometimes they get overwhelmed with the number of orders. That should be expected with this location, nothing to honestly make a fuss about. There could be a line 8 deep and the team works to get the orders out. The App makes pick up so easy. I make order about 10 minutes before I leave my office and its ready when I arrive. Staff is courtesy and respectful, and work to ensure the customer is happy.

I ordered at 9:30 am for a very special occasion for my son at school. I asked for it to be delivered by 12:45. We only have 30 minutes for lunch. I waited until 1:10 and still no delivery. I called and they said they were short staffed and it should be here soon. It never came within 45 minutes. I called again to speak to the manager and he did nothing but give excuses and I’m sorry. I expected more than that considering I order from them a lot. I will NEVER order from them again. They ruined my son’s special day.

So, I order from this exact location the other night, and was very happy. So much so that I programmed this number in my phone, to call again! However, when I called this time, a very shrill annoying “Karen” type named Brittany got on the phone and was very rude and uncooperative telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about, and that she wouldn’t be able to deliver to me, when GPS says I’m closer to her at this location, than the other location. VERY rude. Surprising that someone like this can keep a job, but I guess it is 2021 and these companies are desperate for help.

Used to really enjoy coming here, but today really irritated me. I was answering an important text and one of the workers looked up and said “Sir your order has been ready”. That was not the issue for that I said “thank you “, however as I walked up the workers were making fun of me saying “I was telling him his order was ready and he was just typing away” and making mocking gestures typing. There was no other sandwich and it was not a big deal for mine to be up there for an extra couple seconds. Very very unprofessional and as I walked out I said “didn’t have to mock me and now you lost a customer” to which I was told “ok bye”. If that doesn’t say lack of professionals I don’t know what does. Will never come back here again and will make sure I let everyone know how they really treat paying customers
