Great first experience! The ladies at the counter were super helpful. The sandwiches were delicious and filling. If you pay by card, there’s no option to tip so bring a little extra for the nice staff!

This is my very first time here ever. I asked ChatGPT for 10$ or less options to eat, and one of the answers was this one. I LOVED IT!! I’m a big Subway fan, but this is a fancier version (BIGGER sub, awesome chips, delicious and fresh ingredients), and for the SAME price!! I’m definitely coming back. Also, this location is super nice, and the cashier was super attentive and patient. Thank you!!

I went yesterday evening around 7 after spending time at the park with my son. After letting the lady at the register know my order, she asked me if I had a shirt for my son (who is 1 year old). Then when I asked her why, she said “we normally do not provide services to people without shirts or shoes” I stated the obvious and said “he is a baby” then she proceeded to say “yes I know, but you as another should know” I told her I did not want to order anymore and was going elsewhere instead. I felt very uncomfortable. My son had shorts, shoes and even a hat on. He was hot and wanted to take his shirt off because he was sweating once we left the park. I felt uncomfortable and it is unacceptable that I go into an establishment to be judged on what my son doesn’t have on and all I wanted was a sandwich meal. I am very disappointed in this service and there is no reason why someone should have an input on how I bring my son when he is just baby and it is so hot outside he needed to cool down. I am very bothered as a mother and a customer and it is something I find highly offensive. Please do better. I am upset because I have never had an issue and this situation had me not wanting to come back to this location.

The bread was hard and over baked, the sandwiches were dry and the new pesto sandwich was skimpy without the pesto. This Pearland location is a terrible example of the real freshness of other Jimmy John’s locations. Well never go there again. Don’t waste your time off money. The one in Missouri City is way better!!!!

I’ve been to a few Jommy John’s but I can say this one is my favorite. I luve close so I come here more often than others but I like the space if you need a place to chill while you eat your sandwich or just relax after you’ve finished it. Super clean, friendly staff, owners are cool and nice. I once placed my order online as they were closing, they stayed open a little longer so they could make it. Two thumbs up from me

Wow what bs. My wife loves their veggie ..loves pesto basil..well I asked if they can add basil spread on the veggie.. no can’t do that. It’s only comes in the chicken sandwich… cannot add to a veggie.. complete bs..the management is to blame here
