Every. Single. Time. This place messes up almost sandwich we order, every time we order from them. Today was the last straw. They charge so much for add-ons like bacon, then ever add them. Yeah because I love throwing away money for nothing in return. Everyone that works there is completely disconnected from reality, so customer service and effort is non-existent. I’ve contacted corporate before, never received a response. Everyone knows reviewing a chain is practically worthless, but my hope is someone who can change things sees this since I never get responses from corporate.

This location should focus on Honestly. I placed my order at location 400 Bay Area Blvd Ste. 1, Webster, TX 77598. My order was confirmed at 11:15 am with an text message informing my order was out for delivery at 11:29 pm. I had to call the restaurant twice ( 11 50am and 12:05pm) for an order update. Answers was the same, ” the driver is just went out.” I cancelled my order. I shouldn’t receive messages that my ” order is out for delivery” when in reality it isn’t. This false notification was cutting into my lunch break. For future reference don’t send out notifications when orders are not ready or when they are out for delivery when they really are not.

Good Jimmy John’s location with quick service and attentive staff. The sub was good and quickly made, I gave it 4 stars for the location. It’s in the corner of a strip mall where the parking lot dead ends so it’s a bit of a pain to get in and out, especially with a few people battling for a parking space or room to turn.

I placed a large group order and nothing had a name or number on it to identify who the custom order was for. I called the store and the guy kept calling me sweetie and said he was busy and there’s nothing he can do. Why make an online order with a custom sandwich and ask for name but no lt identify what sandwich is what.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich today. Any other time I’ve been to this location, the service has always been quick. Today, not so much. The bread was so hard, I had to peel & crunch the outside off—-quite disappointing. To make matters worse, I ask for salt & pepper. “Allyson” was so chipper and refreshing. I’ve never seen her in this place. She gave me the pepper but they were out of salt packets. Over the past several months I’ve stopped by this location. Each time, they’ve been out of salt packets—Several Months,Sseriously(????). Anywho each time the employees would put a little salt in a small container for me. Well today, Allyson tried to assist me. I ask for a small container. She got the container and asked “Mandy”–I’m assuming she has some type of leadership role. Well Mandy was quite snooty (being nice about the word I chose here) about it. She told Allyson they “do not have salt”. I told Mandy, “it’s always been given to me”. Mandy dug her heels in and refused saying “it’s against corporate policy to give any salt”. Mandy’s attitude and the terribly hard bread is enough to never go back to this location. Allyson’s refreshing attitude makes me want to go back but Mandy really ruined it—so I’m out!!!!!!! Best wishes JJ’s employees with attitudes like Mandy drives customers away.

I ordered the veggie sandwich and expected there to be no meat. I’m happy I was watching what I ate because I noticed meat on the bottom of my sandwich. I wish they were a little more clean and careful with making my sandwich. I’ve been a vegetarian for 20 years so if I ate this meat I could’ve felt very sick.
