I stopped in to this jimmy johns early on a Saturday morning because I have a special needs son that needed to use the restroom. It was absolutely an emergency. I explained this to the people behind the counter and their response was you.jave to buy something in order to use the restroom. I reiterated that my son was special needs and did not know how to hold it and that he would have an accident however; my plea was met with another nonchalant response of “well sorry but you have to buy something”. I am disgusted that a business could be so insensitive and of course my son DID have an accident. I will never give this place a penny of mine and will spend my money at subway. Very disappointing and angry at this inhumane heartless establishment

I don’t eat Jimmy Johns too often but every time it’s a disappointment. Heavily overpriced and under filled sandwiches… just another reminder to stick to any other option. Staff was ok. Only major plus was that the place was clean.

Horrible Customer Service. The tall server in the front was extremely rude and disrespectful. I simply asked if I could get something on my sandwich and he said if you don’t like it the way it is then “you get nothing”. So we went to Subway, where they were very pleasant. As I was leaving he tried to taunt me, he should be fired!! I’ll forever talk bad about this location and call the District Manager.

Ive eaten here a dozen times and ordered deliveries plenty more. Love their fresh tasting food and bread. It really is made fast and delivered rpetty quickly. Friendly staff. They have about 8 to 9 tables or so inside to sit down if you choose to as well.
