Can’t rate any lower…ordered online, showed up to confused employees that wouldn’t acknowledge my order had been placed. Even after showing email confirmation and pending charges on card I was told to try again that there was nothing they could do to make it right.

I just had a sandwich delivered and I asked for extra peppers and they didn’t put a single pepper. I called to tell them and the girl said, “my manager said to tell you HE is the one who made it and he did put peppers”. Are you kidding me?! First of all, lose the attitude. And idk what sandwich you were making but it wasn’t mine. I had not one pepper on it. Instead of arguing with the customer, own up to your mistakes. Does this look like it has any peppers on it. It’s not about the peppers, it’s about the lying, bad attitude and not owning up to your mistakes, especially being a manager, you need to set an example. I even tipped them! uhhh never again. Never have an issue with the sandwich or politeness of the staff. This evening was the 2nd time i have ordered a sandwich to be delivered and they can’t deliver because of no delivery driver. If you’re going to offer delivery, it would be wise to ha me drivers to deliver. There are those of us who are truck drivers that don’t have the luxury to just go pick up a meal and park just anywhere.

My company has ordered from this location several times and every time we have waited for well over an hour and have had to call and follow up every time. Even now, we are 5 mins from the store and they called saying they were on their way… 15 mins ago. We order to have our food for lunch time and now several of us and our clients with disabilities are going back to work hungry. Never had this problem with other locations. Do better.

New Management: Don’t let past reviews fool you. This place is under new management and things run smooth. Quick polite courteous service and great food. Food was fresh and ready quickly and accurate. Restaurant was clean and organized. Highly recommend coming here. Chris is a great manger and the staff here really take care of the customers like they should. Looking forward to my return to this location.
