This is a number 14 turkey and bacon sandwich.. First time ordering from this place and not impressed. Lesson learned. I’m located literally 1 mile away from this location. Twice now I’ve called at the 60-minute mark and canceled a delivery order. A third time I ordered 3 items and only one of them showed up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if you want reliable delivery service.

Have never had a problem at this location until last night. My sandwich was fine, but my wife ordered the Salami pesto sandwich, and it was completely soaked with oil. The bread was soaked, and the sandwich dropped when she picked it up, no napkins and oil everywhere. Wasn’t worth eating, had to get her some Canes for dinner instead. If we went back, who knows what they would have done to the sandwich. Completely ridiculous. I don’t know if I will go back, this was our favorite sandwich spot around too….

I’m not sure what’s going on, did JJ change their work motto? Fast is no longer the case. I waited at the speaker with a greeting and after I said “hello” is when I was told, not asked to wait one moment. After that another employee came on and before I ordered they had me wait again. I finally ordered and drove up to the window. At the window the employee wasn’t very polite and then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Are y’all asking for tips now??

I’m quite surprised with this visit a young lady takes my order at drive thru very unfriendly cut me off even before I was finished ordering. Maybe I interrupted her nap idk at the window very larathgic. Why work the window where you help the customers. I asked her name and she said McKenzie but my receipt says Nayeli . She asked me to pull up and they’d bring out my order but it was missing a sandwich so yes I was disappointed. Sandwich is messy (tuna). My other sandwich #5 was fine.

They advertise freaky fast food, however almost 30 minutes later they still weren’t working on my ticket. Had to cancel as my lunch time was just about over. What is the point of having an app to order ahead, they do not have enough staff to handle the orders. Only 1 guy making sandwiches.

I normally use the drive thru at this location. When I come in the evenings, I notice that the menu is dark. I’m guessing because it’s busy, they may not have a chance to turn it on. ♀️The staff is friendly and my order has been correct so far. The inside is clean and dining inside is permitted. 4 stars because the menu light is never on. I’ll update my review if it gets fixed.
