So we stopped in for quick sandwiches after a long road trip. I used to eat at Jimmy John’s at a previous job because they had the best delivery sandwiches in the area. I would say my sandwich was ok, but my wife’s tuna sammy was LAME! See the picture, We took them to go, so didn’t look until we got home. But as you can see it was missing the meat! Unless this is some scrimpflation going on, the Mayo was forgotten(it was ordered) and we didn’t want lettuce. Too bad they don’t offer spinach. I’ve eaten at other JJs near my office and usually get twice the amount of tuna. My wife has said she’s marking them off the list of places we will go.

I called in the order prior to my visit. I know that Jimmy John’s is “freaky fast” but when I walked in, they hadn’t even started my sandwich. I had to make my drink, and get my chips.

Unfortunately, first time here, they got my order wrong. Paid extra for giant size, cheese, avocado. Ordered two sandwiches. One worked, the other did not. I expect such incompetency from fast food high school students. Thought they were different. I thought wrong.

This has got to be the worst jimmy John’s. I ordered a veggie sandwhich and when it finally arrived it had no lettuce on it. Ok fine I’ll just get another one they probably just forgot. NOPE. I got the second sandwhich and still no lettuce. All she could offer me was “credit”. Why would I want to order another one?

Food was good as usual however I placed an order online for pick up so I went in and watched everyone who walked in after me get served before me. I had to get the employees attention and ask if about my order even though they saw me standing there I was never offered any help or asked if I needed anything. The employees were too busy talking sports than following the order in which the orders were placed. What’s the point in placing an order ahead of time if I’m still going to have to wait till people that ordered after me are served before me!? Not very happy and no one seemed to care or even apologize when I pointed this out. Too many other places around with good customer service to deal with this.
