Trying to order online for pickup is a hassle. You enter the state city and zip and you get a whole list of locations not near the zip you entered. You can then try to scroll through the whole list to find the correct location. I don’t understand.

This is the second time this location has messed up my sandwich. Simple request to add Dijon mustard. I’ve gotten this same sandwich for years and the Dijon does make a signifcant difference in taste for me. The first time, they offered a credit on my account which I decided to redeem for the exact same sandwich. And once again, it was forgotten despite speaking with an associate for this order versus the app order from the initial sandwich.

So I drive through San Antonio about 3-4 times a month and this has become a destination spot for me because 1.) I like Jimmy John’s Sandwiches in general and 2.) The great Customer Service they have at this particular one. They same guy is usually the one that gets my order and he is always super Chipper! The receipt says his name is Ramon. Worst wrap ever!!! Only 1 crumpled broken pieces of lettuce that didn’t even cover the meat. Usually 2-3 every other time I’ve ordered. I asked for extra peppers and only got exactly 3 pieces of pepper. Worst Jimmy’s experience ever.
