After coming to this place, I am unsure on how to feel, I ended up walking out without taking my order, as I had saw a young woman with ginger hair go behind another worker and dig all into the crack of her backside, this wouldn’t be much of an issue, IF she wasn’t the one handling the sandwiches that you all serve.

I’m not a huge fan of online ordering but during lunch rush, I will opt to do it since I don’t want to wait in line forever. Unfortunately, there’s really not a great way to check a sandwich order for accuracy so you only find out that things are missing from it when you get home. I order from JJ’s specifically for their Jimmy mustard and it’s almost always missing.

I love JJ and I order once a week but not sure I should continue to. The last 4x I have ordered a SPICY Italian sub they didn’t put hot peppers. I let it go the last 3x but last night I called to let them know since we ordered two spicy subs both missing peppers as well as additional toppings. After speaking to 3 different people I was asked in a rude tone “so really the only issue is no peppers?” Sure, the only issue is there are no peppers in my SPICY sub. They also notoriously forget items like chips and cookies when I get it delivered and I don’t like to call and complain since it is only a couple bucks but it’s not something that should be looked over

Absolutely love Jimmy Johns but the past few times I’ve ordered online for delivery it takes 45+ minutes to receive my order and something is always wrong. Delivery drivers always speeding up and down where elderly patients are crossing, punching elevator buttons and slamming doors when delivering, I guess is what comes with a “freaky fast” delivery. My breaking point was when I received my order I ordered a large drink and I received and half full cup. I called to notify them about my issue and wasn’t met with the best response. For $15+ for a sandwich with chips and a drink you would think customer service would be a bit kinder. Oh well. Won’t be ordering from this location anymore and will definitely reconsider when ordering from any other location.
