Fresh, fast and thick! Love their bread. My fave is cherry coke and their great soft drink ice. Add salt & vinegar chips plus a fresh, huge oatmeal raisin cookie and you’ve got a super satisfying lunch. Only wish the staff were a happier bunch but being fast and accurate does say a lot about their work ethic. Keep adding rewards! They do incentivize more frequent visits.

I went in to get a sandwich. My sandwich look like all the food has been sitting out overnight which is possible because they lost power but I was served a sandwich anyway I took the sandwich back into the store but I couldn’t help but notice that one of the employees looked at me and laught I asked had the power went out, and the food been sitting out overnight. He said no, but the tomatoes the bacon the meat did not look good. He looked at me and said well no one else is complaining. Another guy walked up and said, I’m so sorry I will make the sandwich. Very disappointing. If the power went out all that food should’ve been thrown out.

As long as the manager isn’t making your sandwich then you should be good. My sandwich had finger holes in the top bread and it was wet and soggy. Maybe because I didn’t tip him ? I’m not sure why he F’ed up my sandwich so bad.

I like this Jimmy John’s. Just disappointed they don’t accept coupons emailed to me that says I can redeem in person, simply because they don’t know how to apply them. I showed them the fine print that I can use in person but they “think” I can only order online. They clearly seemed confused so I just said forget about it. Ready to pay full price? Head here. Want to use a coupon? Good luck to you.
