I love Jimmy John’s subs. The yeasty french bread is always fresh and wonderful. The cold cuts and toppings are right on the money. The only negative today was that I purchased two of their usually fantastic sour pickles cut into quarters. Unfortunately, when I got back to my hotel room, I found them to be soft and mushy like they were in the brine for much too long. I just threw them away. Otherwise the subs, my #9 Italian Night Club and my wife’s #8 Billy Club were EXXXXXCELLENT! as were the Triple Chip cookies. By the way Kudos to the guys behind the counter. They were great in spite of the pickles.

Everything is usually good the only issue I have is that they don’t follow the directions on the order. Why ask if you’re not gonna follow what we ask? I always ask for my sandwich to be cut and it never is also I didn’t get my kick in ranch sauce.

Last night there was a delivery driver name Blake that works nights and he was delivering a order in the summer hill apartments we was pulling out of a parking spot this man was honking like he was in a rush and when we was trying to come out of the spot he sped off before we could even pull out of the spot. He is very unprofessional!!!!! Whenever we called the store for corporate number they said they didn’t have it and gave us the manger number Kelli. We called Kelli and told her about the situation and she didn’t care at all. That is very unprofessional you should care if kids are walking around the apartments and your speeding off in the apartment complex like you have no care in the world!!!

We were obviously the biggest order of the night, maybe even the week. We chose curbside and a we waited in front of the restaurant we could see the manger dancing with joy that they had met their sales goal so easily in the evening, leaving everything else to ice the cake of an amazing sales day.
