What is the purpose of wearing gloves? The employee that took my order was wearing gloves at the register. He was polite, however I paid for my order with cash. He pushed whatever buttons he had to on the screen, took my money with same hand and gloves, then proceeded to take bacon out of the package filled a bin and added it to the area where others are making sandwiches.

Hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. We ordered 3 sandwiches to go. When we got home, they had forgotten to put any meat or cheese on the large sandwich that we paid $16.50 for. We called store #2758 to ask for a refund. The manager, Javier Soto, said they had just gone through shift change, and he couldn’t give a refund. He gave me the franchise office number to call for a refund instead. When someone finally answered the phone at the franchise office 3 days later, I spoke with Charles. He was so incredibly rude. It was shocking. He actually yelled at me for asking for a refund!

We’re here enjoying a fantastic fresh #4 Turkey Tom, with added cucumber and Dijon. DELICIOUS sandwich! The bread is not too thick, sure winner. So glad we came! The place is clean, ladies bathroom is spotless drink station is wiped down, and the associates are super- friendly! We’re so impressed with this place, you need to come check it out. Julien, Malik, and Sofia are masters at customer service!
