Jimmy, you need to do better! You need to be VERY specific when ordering here. Apparently saying “I want everything besides tomato and mayo” is transferred into “just lettuce”. This is the second time this happened to me. The first time this happened I thought ok, maybe they didn’t hear me. Last time I was there I stood there and waited as they painfully added one item at a time on the screen as I listed them off. This time I again made the mistake of ordering “everything” and got none of it. Mind you there was nobody else there besides me. The sandwich maker is literally 2′ from the person running the till. I do not speak quietly. The store is setup so the customer can’t see them making the sandwich and it was a takeout. So, unfortunately, I was back at the office before I realized it was once again a dry, $14 lettuce meat and cheese sandwich. Of course it’s freakishly fast to make a sandwich with only three ingredients. This will be the last time I eat here cause that’s now $28 I’ve wasted on two dry plain sandwiches. I can buy one of those at 7-11 for $4 and get my own free condiments.

Ran in for a quick sandwich this Monday early lunch. Ordered only half of a sandwich due the extreme price for the long sandwich. Order was $9.38. I paid with a $20.00 bill and the gal taking my order tried to pressure me into charging my order because my bill was too large. Then my order mysteriously disappeared, I wait and wait while customers who came in after me get their orders. Apparently the receipt had gotten lost, the cashier accused me of taking it which I had not done. Finally get my food. Definitely not freakishly fast or very pleasant this visit. I’ve noticed a huge turnover in the staff at this location. Most have been quite friendly and freakishly fast in the past.

The location on 88th and Wadsworth helped make some very happy/full Scouts. We placed an order for a 48 sandwich pack. They were ready for pick up when scheduled, made very well, and attention to detail was amazing. The staff was helpful during ordering and cheery upon pick up! We would highly recommend this location for your sandwich needs both big and small! Thank you!

Between 5-5:30 PM tonight (July 30th 2023) Jessica was SO helpful and sweet! She was patient with me and even went out of her way to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. I wish i could of given her more than the spare cash i had because she is a rockstar and deserves so much! I’m so glad someone like her is working in my favorite sub shop. Fantastic human being!! ❤️

I had such a wonderful experience at Jimmy Johns! The staff working, (Ny’ree, Ava, and Kait) were absolutely brilliant! They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door! They all had such amazing personalities and it was so lovely! They made my sandwich so fast! I really appreciated the effort and dedication that the provided! Thanks to all the staff!!

It’s always an inconvenience when I go to this location… I had a birthday sandwich I wanted to redeem. When I toldThe cashier I had a rewardShe was rude and said I had to order something first and it felt like an inconvenience that I was there because she was working by herself and I will never go here again because of her attitudeI did not see her wash your hands in between taking another order either. I used to work at Jimmy John’sAnd this is not appropriate. I’m telling everyone I knowNot to go here. The Associate needs more training on how to handle customers. If she hates her job then quit. Thank you! Big failure though. Tell her to wash her hands and more training please.

This place struggles, walked in to get lunch and two employees were loudly arguing, one literally yelling at the other who then proceeded to say “I quit” and seemed to grab her stuff and walk out back where I could hear her yelling and arguing some more. Ordered my sandwich on wheat bread, and it when it was ready it came up on white bread. Overall just a pretty pathetic experience. Eat at JJ’s often and this was probably the worst overall experience I’ve had at a JJ’s

I used my freebie when I ordered. Didn’t get it. Called the store no one answered. Guess another delivery place I won’t be using. Bye bye JJ’s. I would rate lower dor poor cs if I could go lowered then 1. It doesn’t matter if the cheap item I got was free or not I still had to pay money to get the points.

I ordered my food at 11:39 am as I have to take my 30 min lunch at 12pm, my order was not delivered until nearly 1pm. I don’t blame the driver i however do blame management for sending him out with 6 orders at one time. Whoever answered wasn’t helpful at all and simply said “well our app is never accurate” and she was EXTREMELY dismissive. The driver however was extremely kind and apologized profusely but having to wait over an hour for “freaky fast” delivery is not acceptable. Management shouldn’t be sending drivers out with 6 orders then blaming the app for it not being accurate.
