I ordered 3 catering boxes on June 13th for an event June 24th. Pick up was supposed to be 2:45. About 2:15 I called the store to make sure they got the order and it would be ready. They confirmed saying “it will be ready at 2:45.” I got there a bit late, almost 3, and was very surprised when they said they needed 10 more minutes. I told them I was expecting guests at 4 but I would wait. At first it seemed like they were working on the order, but then a couple of staff-members went to the back part of the store. When I checked at the counter I was told they were out of turkey, and “a lot of things” and the other staff went to call the manager to see what to do. So, I waited. And waited. The whole time no one seems to be making any sandwiches. Finally, I go back up to the counter and tell the I need to know what the plan is. They say they are waiting for the manager to call back. I tell them I don’t really have time to wait… I had just assumed ( because they said they needed 10 minutes) that they had 2 boxes done and were just trying to finish the last but it turned out they hadn’t finished the first one! I was like well I guess I’ll just take what you have. At that point they didn’t seem to know how to charge me because it wasn’t a full box. I did ask them to send my order to a different store and they said they couldn’t. They gave me my partial box and a receipt for all three boxes, saying the manager

Never have been to Jimmy Johns and decided to try it for breakfast. The place has no closed signage, no open-closed timeslots, and the door was unlocked, so I walked in only to be rudely kicked out by an employee because it was not open. No greeting, no courteous customer service, no apology for the confusion. Wow, is this how you start a customer’s day?

Cucumbers tasted as though they had been soaked in dish soap. I literally threw up because it was so disgusting, and something was on the cucumbers. The rest of the sandwich seemed okay but could not eat it due to the taste from the cucumbers. Also, no lettuce. Asked for no tomato, and everything else seemed cut out as well, but not the horrible cucumbers. Will never order from this location ever again. Contacting corporate to get a refund.

I go to this location all the time, and never had an issue but today our sandwiches were unedible. The cucumbers and tomatoes tasted like cleaner/chemicals. So bad in fact that we had to spit it out and hope we won’t get sick from it. I saw another review on here, someone else had the same issue. Cannot be safe for consumption.

Order from here all the time (for pick up) and food is always good and staff are friendly. Do NOT order delivery though – the few times I’ve done that, it’s taken them 45 minutes to an hour to deliver even with a generous tip – definitely not freaky fast.

I only gave the extra star cuz the people are really nice but omg what happened?? Cuz I’ve been going here for a year and all of a sudden there is 1/3 the amount of meat and cheese and I’m lucky if my tomatoes are evenly distributed. Like I can literally FEEL the weight change, my sandwich actually weighs less than it used to. I’d let one or two times slide but it’s been several times now. Is there a food shortage or something like why are y’all skimping out on the best part of a sandwich?

Nothing quite like having a $10 inedible sandwich because you miss the fine print about all sandwiches coming with tomato and mayo *unless otherwise noted. A little warning would have been nice. In the trash it goes .

I ordered an online order and put in the directions cut in half and napkins with orders and they obviously don’t see that. I got home and was not cut in half and was missing napkins. I also ordered bacon and extra peppers and extra onions and it was very barely any there.

Ordered three number nines. One of the number nines could not have tomatoes due to a food allergy. Daniel, Kai, Nathan were careful not to get any tomatoes or tomato juice on any of their sandwich. I am thankful for their special caution and for their excellent customer service.
