Walked in to be visually assaulted by an employee wearing a rainbow decorated shirt with PRIDE in big letters across the front.

Walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged by anyone. Curly haired cashier guy was distracted by some blonde girl that should have been making sandwiches but instead they were talking about who cares what. Literally stood there for almost 2 minutes until a man from the back who seemed slightly more professional (probably the manager) took my order. I thought Jimmy Johns was supposed to be “freaky fast” but this location is “freaky slow”. I waited at the table for 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches while I overheard the same blonde girl talk about how she blacked out the other night to the cashier. Obviously not focused on the customers. I understand some social interaction at work, but this was just ridiculous.

Employees are incredibly rude. Especially the curly haired kid. Said they can’t do anything for me because they are “super busy” when there is two customers sitting at a table sitting and eating.

Yesterday, my wife and I ordered two sandwiches , chips, and cookies from Jimmy John’s for delivery. We received a call from our neighbor about 45 minutes after ordering the sandwiches and they told us they received our order. My wife called Jimmy Johns to let them know that our order was delivered to the wrong address ? the response from Jimmy Johns was ” we are too backed up to pick up the order and deliver” . We will be trying out Jersey Mike” next.

We love the beach club, and I know inflation is effecting all of us but we get the beach club to TASTE the guacamole and today there was hardly in on it. I also think a $4 delivery charge for 2 sandwiches is a little steep considering it doesn’t go toward the drivers tip.

If this location could receive ZERO stars, they would! My order from Monday, 4/11, is “STILL OUT FOR DELIVERY” it’s Wednesday, 4/13… they also REFUSED to refund my order!! I don’t have time to go back/forth with you & refused to give their name for accountability!! Over 2 hrs for a delivery less than 2 miles away & tell the customer they have to pick up in store??? I would’ve gone to the closer location that doesn’t mess up orders or take over 2 hours to deliver but the website automatically routed me to this “freaky fast” location… WHAT’S FREAKY FAST ABOUT 2 DAY DELIVERY FOR A SANDWICH!?!

I’m sorry but what is wrong with this restaurant.. they consistently mess up sandwiches, provide poor quality food, and provide poor service. Truly horrendous and hopefully management can get it together.

What happened to freaky fast? Used to be, I’d be hanging up the phone and there they were. Now it takes upwards of an hour. Freaky slow to slap together a couple simple sandwiches and deliver to us who love right around the corner. The bread is often stale as well. Not what it used to be. More on par with Subway who they used to trounce. Still slightly better than Subway, so will continue to order because Subway doesn’t deliver. It has gone way down hill, for sure. And at twice the price of Subway, it’s becoming not worth it. Hate too stupid the delivery driver, but charging me $2 per sandwich and not delivering for over an hour, it’s going to c come out of someone’s pocket, and it’s not mine.

My husband brought me a Coke and a sub from store 20209 E. Smoky Hill Road. I am grossed out and disappointed. The food was really bad this time. This was not the usual. It is usually pretty good. This is not the typical type of review I leave, but maybe this can serve as a warning. The coke tasted like it had wax mixed in it. The sub tasted like there were egg shells layered in it. It had a strange, unexpected and undesirable crunchy texture. I called the manager to complain and I advised him to look after his employees. I asked if he could do anything about this. He said he couldn’t do anything about it at this time. I no longer have time for this location.
