I come to this location probably once every other week and it’s a favorite of our office. As of late it seems it’s been a changing staff. The other day I stopped in for a sandwich for myself and my coworker and it was slammed. The staff was very overwhelmed but working the best they could given the circumstances. One patron apparently felt he waited to long for his sandwich and upon receiving and exiting felt it necessary to rip the newly placed “please wear a mask” sign off the wall and throw it in the garbage. Somebody was hangry!!! I waited probably 15-20 minutes for the sandwich’s and pickle but it’s cool. The staff was so distressed and kept mixing up to go orders with the patrons standing by for food (which was what happened to my order it was actually finished earlier but placed in a bag not on the counter). The quality of the food really doesn’t waiver at this location it’s always solid. I can tell the hiring shortage is definitely affecting this location. I ask the owner to please take care of your staff as best you can and make them feel as confident as possible dealing with the heavy rush. Thanks for being there!

I don’t eat Jimmy Johns often, but when I do I know I can count on my Louisville team to be there quick and accurate to satisfy a craving. I would almost never leave a review for a fast casual or fast food shop, but I have to say something. Today’s experience was a gold star example of excellent customer service – and I would know, I spent years in retail. Small things matter: I was trying to decide between a cookie or chips, but I can be particular. Bert (I think that’s the manager’s name) was very patient and super friendly. He went above and beyond asking if I like cookies, etc… and it was just a great experience. The staff seemed happy and I’m not surprised because their manager seemed awesome. Great work crew!

We had to schedule a last minute meeting today and I called Jimmie John’s to see if they could help us out with a party platter of sandwiches, chips, and cookies within an hour (and it was during their busiest time of the day as well)! They were amazing. They delivered our lunch within the requested time and everyone at our school was so thrilled. Thank you to Jimmie John’s for taking such good care of us today.
