Definitely never going back to this one. They ask if you want cheese then charge you extra without telling you and not sure if it’s all or them but the “regular” sandwiches are kids size.

Worst Place ever! Ordered a Catering order for last Saturday, girl was rude when I went to pick it up, was talking on her personal phone while trying to help me. Tried to give me my catering order in one of their supply boxes. When I went to one of the tables to see what was inside it and started to open a sandwich to check to see if it was cut in 3 pieces, she proceeded to come grab the box from me and the sandwich in my hand. Took all of it back behind the counter then proceeded to put it in the catering box and cut the sandwiches, and got back on her personal phone. She cut them, put them in the box, brought it over to me and walked away, she acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job and give me what I ordered (which I did several days in advance). I had no idea which sandwich was which. I will never order or go back to the Wilcox location again!

Wish I could give zero stars. Bunch of dudes with long hair. Not wearing hair nets. One guy literally texting on his phone over the sandwiches he was making. 4 guys working and they all just kept looking at us standing there waiting to get our order taken..never said anything to us. We ended up walking out..will NEVER be back and would not recommend to anyone. Disgusting hygiene.

Confirmed my order on DoorDash but called me and said they don’t have a driver. Proceeded not to void my order. Never received refund for food I never received. Gentleman was rude on the phone and offered 0 solutions for the issue. Would love for the owner or management to reach out.

Probably the fastest jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Was packed and ordered sandwich with different ingredients than normal. Sandwich was made perfect and ready as I finished paying.

This is one of the worst run businesses I’ve ever visited. They’re continually behind with orders, always running out of bread, and sometimes not officially open after their posted opening times, with confused customers walking in and being turned away. Avoid!
