I’ve ordered from this Jimmy Johns dozens of time since I’ve lived in this neighborhood over the last few years. Overall the sandwiches and service have been good. I had a few issues on a couple order where a big chunk was missing out of the bread and that was annoying. I placed an order tonight and when I arrived after 6pm they were busy and only one girl appeared to be working! She must of had a big order come in because their were multiple subs stacked up on the countertop. Anyways, my Summer Wrap was not ready and she was friendly explaining they were out of the ingredients (Peanut Sauce I think) and asked if I wanted something different. I decided I didn’t want anything different and asked for a refund and a printed receipt. She was patient and printed out a receipt that said VOID and got back to getting the other peoples subs made. I would imagine she was under a lot of stress dealing with all that at once and I appreciate it. Thanks

I typically really enjoy JJs, but this location didn’t meet the mark. The sandwich just wasn’t very good and the service was sub-par (took over 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me, which I wouldn’t have stood for if I hadn’t done an online order that was supposedly to already have been done).

Every time I order from this location we have a problem. I have never had this kind of issue with any other location across the United States. We are literally across the street. There is a Subway nearby and I think from now on we are not going to waste our time or money with this type of ridiculous service.

Staff here goes above and beyond. Recently I placed an order for 8 sandwiches and had a comment on one that there was an egg allergy involved. They called to let us know the bread had traces of egg and if we still wanted the sandwich (we did, it was one of those “made in a facility…” warnings). I thought that was really impressive!
