I’ve had no bad experiences at this location. I always order in store, that way I can see everything being made and know it’s fresh. The employees all seem to be high school kids, so be patient with them, at least they showed up to work.

Normally I love jimmy johns. Unfortunately this location makes me think twice. Very unfriendly workers that clearly do not want to be there. Once I saw my sandwich at home, realized they put almost no Turkey and avocado on my beach club. The two main ingredients on the sub! Basically what I got was a cheese sandwich with a little Turkey and avocado. This is not what I expect from a 14$ sandwich! 100% do not recommend this location!

I waited 35 minutes to get my food and was not the only one. I was getting up to get a refund but then they finally completed my two sandwich order and had to go because I’m gonna be late for my next job now. Staff didn’t seem to care and moved slow except the one guy in the back cutting meat. Not freaky fast here it’s slower than a sit down restaurant. The other customers where also pretty upset.

Okay don’t get me wrong. I love Jimmy John’s. But this place is a disaster. The three of us went in on a Saturday afternoon and from the time we ordered our food to the time it was actually made it was 45 minutes!! It is definitely not freaky fast. I usually love Jimmy John’s but this was not good. The food came out just fine but the 45 minute wait was horrible. If you’re in a rush, do not go to this place. If you want to long sit down restaurant or you can take your time. This is the place for you.

I added avocado spread to my sandwich for $1.29 on my sandwich, and when I looked in between the slices of cheese where they put it on there there so little that you couldn’t even see it. I let them know at the register and a young blonde woman on the assembly line said in an extremely rude and dismissive tone that was the best they could do. I quickly asked for a refund and left. They could have preserved the situation and a customer by simply providing me with a small side of the spread, but they didn’t even offer that, even though an employee said he couldn’t see it on the sandwich either. Learn how to treat your customers in situations like that.

Terrible service after 20 mins for an update we called in and was told we are next order out. waited another 20 mins and the manager told me they haven’t even made our sandwiches. so now we are at 40 mins.

Terrible service, took over an hour to deliver less than 2 blocks away. When I called to find out if my order was coming the manager proceeded to yell at me on the phone. I will not be ordering from any jimmy johns in the future. Great way to lose customers.

It is a shame that this location has gone downhill. We either need new ownership or shut this shop down as it is not portraying the culture of what Jimmy John’s is. The employees are treated terribly. One instance, there was a CO2 leak in the restaurant and the employees were forced to work but not allow customers in the building. They were getting dizzy and sick as reported by one employee. This past weekend, I ordered sandwiches to go because JJ’s is supposedly “freaky fast.” Well, 1 hour went by with no sandwiches. Not so “freaky fast” to me. We had to cancel our order and I am still waiting on my refund. There are too many good businesses in our area that we should be supporting.

We were passing through and placed an order for carry out for a couple sandwiches. When we arrived to pick them up, it was a complete disaster. The sandwiches were horrible, tasted like someone dumped salt in them and they were missing several ingredients. I called to speak with the manager about the situation the next day and to get a refund. We love Jimmy Johns, so we were really disappointed by the quality of food and surprised how messed up our sandwiches were. But, an even bigger surprised came when the manager, “Kevin”, said he couldn’t do anything for us except give us a credit at that store. So ridiculous, why would I want a credit at a store I’ll never go back to nor live near? And for what, to eat more bad food?? He refused to give me a refund and basically told me there was nothing else he can do. When I asked for his boss’ name, he refused to give it and gave me the whole, “we’ll call you, don’t call us spiel. I would not advise eating at this store, if you value your Jimmy Johns experience. These people have no clue what they are doing! So sad! And, they certainly don’t care about customer satisfaction either.
