Rude to customers. They make you buy a whole sandwich to use the restroom, and then when I did, I told him to throw it away they gave it to another customer, which is stealing. Dirty store as well bikes everywhere in the halls, and he took forever to unlock the restroom.

I frequent this store on average 2 times a week. I work in the area so it’s convenient for a quick bite. I have learned to overlook the bathrooms always being closed even after asking to just use them to wash my hands before I eat. This time however, the service was enough to write a review and not return. The staff member pictured was just flat out rude to the three customers before me and for my experience as well. From the eye rolls each time you add a topping to your sub to asking a question. I asked for a receipt and he barked back after rolling his eyes, “ you’ll get it after you get your sandwich” OK….. I can spend my money at Potbelly just the same. Later

The Fat man with the patchy beard cursed me out because I wanted to get a soda and tried to fill my cup up. I get we’re downtown and you see a lot of weird people but that doesn’t mean that we all deserve to be treated like trash.

New store with a convenient location. I don’t envy the employees having to deal with the homeless. They had to hold my sub back from an individual trying to steal it. But service was friendly and quick and I’d certainly come back – probably just not to eat-in.
