Second time I had a bad experience from getting a delivery. This time the delivery driver left my order at the end of the sidewalk by the street with my bag open in the hot sun. Not acceptable. My sandwich would have gotten hot and chocolate chip cookies could have melted.

This is the best Jimmy John’s in the area, hands down! The workers are always kind and the bread/food is always fresh. I always ask for extra avocado and they never disappoint. If you’ve had problems ordering/delivery, then I would recommend going in!

This location’s delivery is, unfortunately, freaky slow. I always make the mistake of ordering when I’m already getting hungry, assuming I’ll have a sandwich in like 25 minutes–big mistake. While waiting for my most recent order, I literally asked myself “Hungry? Why wait?” and ate a Snickers bar. I need to remember to order far in advance of when I’ll want to eat.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had, was all lettuce with ingredients missing. When I submitted a complaint, it was handled very poorly. Definitely lost a loyal customer and gained a lifetime of a bad reputation from me.
