Very good staff and friendly. I ordered a sandwich wrong, once for pickup, and when my mom nicely called, and we figured out what happened, they came and delivered the correct sandwich free of charge! The service and atmosphere don’t really matter in lieu if the sandwich. Now I don’t eat at jj’s often. I ordered the big John in the past and did again the other day. And if what I was handed is the big John of today then the jj corporation is jumping on the greed wagon with most the rest of cooperate America. That sandwich had 2 THIN slices of roast beef on it. 3 thin slices of cheese . But there was shill.more cheese than meat. Four slices of small tomatoes and a big handful of iceberg lettuce. Not counting the bread the over all thickness of the sandwich was about ¾of an inch thick and a ½inch of thar was lettuce. I paid 8 + dollars for an anorexic sandwich. I know now how youre able yo be freaky fast. You don’t put anything on the bread. $8.00 for (closer to $10) something that in ingredients was maybe $1.50 and the labor cost of about the same.

I placed an online order for delivery. About an hour after I placed the order, I called the restaurant letting them know I still had not received my order. The employee passed me to a manager who indicated they did not have tracking details and asked if I checked by the door (of course I did and nobody was ever at my door). In the past this location has been slow (I’ve had orders take an hour) but this is the first time I didn’t get my food.

Can you please explain to me why when I order with your app, I put the name for each sandwich… You never do. I ask for the sandwiches to be cut in half, by checking the box, nope never cut in half, check the box for napkins, no napkins. So why even have it on the app. It’s getting old not doing what you ask me to fill out

You know what you are going to get with Jimmie John’s- a chain restaurant sandwich that is probably “better” than subway in that the bread might be nicer, or the fillings. This location met our expectations and he staff was cool to boot. We liked the staff – service was a 5 – and received well made sandwiches. The meat is a single layer, so not very much, but you need to order double meat if that bugs you.

I saw a young man with a broom with his Jimmy John’s shirt running from the store to go sweep up trash on the street and it gained my respect. He must’ve quickly gone out when it was slow. They have the Best bread flavor. I usually get their turkey and ham #11 with oregano some vinegar and oil and a little salt and pepper it’s just amazing the flavors mixed with the bread.
