Best Jimmy John’s location in fort Collins! They are always ‘freaky fast’, no exaggeration. Typically no need to pre-order because they sometimes finish your order before you finish getting your order taken! Outdoor seating is on the road, but doesn’t really disturb the atmosphere much. P.S. The cheap day old bread is key! Don’t change guys!

I usually eat at this location n get delivery. They’re usually pretty to get my order to me but last time I had their sandwich the salami was so fatty it was like gum and I had to spit it out. Now this time there’s a hair in my food, had to throw out the rest of my sandwich. Are hairnets not being worn?

Was extremely irritated that my order instructions weren’t followed. I specifically wrote to leave off items in my sandwich because I’m allergic to them, only to bite into the sandwich and get a giant mouthful of something I’m completely allergic to, so I had to spit it out. I also asked for packs of mayo which were not delivered in my order either. Pretty ridiculous this sandwich shop doesn’t feel the customer is important enough or that their health and safety isn’t important enough to follow the order as written.

This is a great location. The staff are always super friendly and upbeat, the store is clean, and the food is good. Today two customers came in with full 7/11 Big Gulps, spilled the entirety of one all over a booth, and then left it for the staff clean up. Staff never complained and just had such a great attitude the entire time.

Just amazing!!! I ordered a sandwich and David who is a cashier there gave me the best customer service ever. Not only did I get exactly what I ordered but it tastes amazing. I ordered from another place that did me wrong and I was leery but Jimmy John’s really went out of their. And get this, my sandwich it was delivered literally in 10 minutes. Do you believe that? Bravo. This is the only restaurant I will order my sandwich is it from ever again

Truly the meanest workers I have ever encountered. Needed to order 9 sandwiches (there were 4 workers) and he complained to me and then continued to talk badly about us behind the counter so his coworkers. (we could hear him). and the workers continuously gave us mean look. If 4 of you can’t make 9 sandwiches at 11am then don’t have a job. Lazy freaking people.

Came here to get a sandwich for my 9 year old after we were treated very rudely at the Lemay store for not wearing masks. Employees here were fantastic, we were treated very kindly and received our order right away. My child was upset after his experience at the Lemay store, but these wonderful workers made his day not to mention a great sandwich.
