So I placed an order and it never showed. I called the location I ordered from and they very rudely assured me it was not ordered at their location and wouldn’t even take my information to check. I rechecked my order and the app location settings auto loaded my neighbors address but I had indeed ordered from that location. I called back and had to fight with the person on the phone just to get him to look up the order. After he looked it up he confirmed I had ordered from them but it was sent to the wrong address as I was trying to inform him. He told me the driver rang the door bell and texted and called me. I rechecked the app to make sure the right phone number was enter and it was the correct number so the driver never called me as I was told. All this would of just been a simple app failure and my failure to re-check the address but the rudeness of the jimmy Jon’s employee on the phone left me so uncomfortable that I didn’t trust the food they resent to me. The driver apologized on delivery but the person on the phone made me feel sick to my stomach and someone who is that rude on the phone would definitely spit in your sandwich. I would suggest eating anywhere else. Worst service experience ever! Call Jimmy John’s if you want to feel so disrespected that you don’t trust the food they serve.

We went there close to closing this past Tuesday. I felt bad ordering 8 sandwiches, but the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and accommodating! I didn’t catch his name, but the service and quality of sandwiches he made was awesome! I apologized for coming in so late and ordering so many sandwiches, but he proceeded to thank me and express that he was happy he could help. Service like that is rare these days!

This location is awful. Soggy bread sometimes, hard bread sometimes. The delivery drivers are lazy and slow. 55 minutes for a sandwich just now and they left it outside my apt building. No call/text, nothing. Doors are unlocked, my apt number is on the order, why leave it in the lobby? Yeah I’ll never order from this location again.

When I ordered, I asked for banana peppers. After realizing my sandwich had “cherry peppers” instead I went up and asked about the miscommunication hoping to get a side of the peppers I asked for. The guy (same one we ordered from) was very rude and kept saying we don’t offer the kind of peppers I was asking for. I wasn’t asking for a refund; that wasn’t my intention, I just wish I had known.

It’s been a few days since I have eaten at a Jimmy John’s. I have always enjoyed a sandwich from here. Ate there today and probably won’t return for awhile. $12 for an 8″ sandwich. Definitely overpriced for an average sandwich. Bread was just alright. My review would be different if it was a $7 sub. With all the choices available I think I’m going to pass on Jimmy John’s in future.
