Very unprofessional staff. The lady who made my sandwich went to grab a bag of chips and literally threw them to the guy at the drive-thru window, then went back to making my sandwich. Ugg. When I got home, all the tuna fell out because there was way too much lettuce. It was not put together with care. I’m never eating here again.

This place is a hit or miss. One day I had great tasting sandwich with fluffy bread then the next time had stale crusty bread. The service is super slow especially for being a sandwich shop. One time I went in and the deli area was dirty. The workers said they were slammed and didn’t have time to clean.

Waited an hour and the tracker never changed to out for delivery. So I called the store and they said my order was out for delivery. So I waited 15 more minutes and called back for them to tell me that my order was just leaving the store. Definitely not “freaky fast”

Ordered lunch today for delivery. 2 subs. 2 drinks. Chips. It took over an hour and a half to get our food today and live less than a mile from the shop. Called 2x regarding where our ordered was… told us it was 2 mins away. Finally arrives… only to find one whole sub is missing, missing chips, wrong drinks and the sub we did actually receive was made wrong. Gave us a full refund. Will not be back. Save your sanity and order somewhere that knows what they are doing.

Absolutely horrible.. I couldn’t order online because they weren’t taking online orders at that time so I used door dash since no one knows how to answer a phone. Then it took over a hour to arrive to my house which is less than a mile away I definitely will not be recommending for delivery to anyone. DO BETTER! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before hand…

My fav sandwich is Spicy Italian and I have ordered it a lot; So the food is fine However I dont care much for the attitude. I have noticed it around Colorado Springs. The effing 16-yr old called me BRO couple of times and got little cute me; and I am at least 4 times his age. I have seen this in 2 locations already. I have stopped giving my biz to JJ.
