I love jimmy John’s but this location is terrible. They never have delivery drivers. I had plastic in my sandwich a few weeks ago and I had an order missing the avocado spread I paid extra for. I put in feedback to the store as requested on the website and haven’t heard a peep.

I ordered a veggie sandwich with no cheese and added onion. I received an order with no lettuce and I though no avocado. When I called the store they said they did forget the lettuce but the avocado was definitely on it under the cucumber. When I looked they were correct they just put about a tsp. I added spinach in the picture from home.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and customer service with the delivery drivers is great BUT the last several times I have called to place an order the lady who took my order was absolutely terrible. The multiple times I have talked to her has been incredibly impatient and rude for absolutely no reason. I was told by a driver that she is the manager and if this is true then the standards are set pretty low for customer service. Sad.

Went through the drive thru and was treated very rudely. No ‘thank you” no nothing just a ” here” when handing me my sandwich then slams the drive through window shut! Not the first time of having drive through issues at this location. If you cant get good decent employees or at least treat your customers nicely then just close the place up. No one wants to purchase from bad, rude and incompetent restaurants.

Drive thru service was the worst out of every location ive been to. From begining to end the staff never acknowledged me and was very rude. Had a issue with my rewards as well and was brushed off, called customer service and they were happy to help me. The drive thru experiance was horrible. Will be going out of my way to go to a different location.

I’m 0 for 2 with using Jimmy John’s for medium to large business luncheons. Last Fall, my order for 35 box lunches from a different location was 45 minutes late. On Saturday, my order for 50 box lunches from this location was….2 hours late! They offered excuses, but it is hard to fathom having a good excuse for a delivery being 2 hours late. I definitely can’t recommend them for anything other than individual orders.

They just called me to cancel my order because they don’t have a driver. Why are they taking online orders for delivery if they don’t have a driver to deliver the food. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this either. This was the third time, at least. What a joke.

Honestly I’ve been going here for years and up Intel this last year this location has been good. Not anymore though, 5 times I have ordered a sandwich at night and five times I have been called saying we had to cancel your order because we are out of bread, I honestly don’t believe them because they’ll use the same excuse on my friends and family when they don’t wanna make the order especially when I go in there and can see they have bread, I even told them to make it without bread and they just hung up on me. They were also suppose to void my payment and didn’t do it, then I was suppose to be given two free subs and it never happened, they said well we have you a free cookie but I had earned that cookie on my own rewards and then they argued with me about that. I think this is the last time I order there.
