I stopped tipping the staff months ago because more often than not, something is wrong with the order. Sure enough, AGAIN today they couldn’t get it right. Here on the receipt it says X Hot Peppers but there was not a single hot pepper on the sandwich. It’s sad how even the simplest things can’t be done right. I’m not sure if the workers are in that big of a rush or they just don’t care. Either way, it’s poor and highly disappointing that they still can’t get simple orders right. I do not recommend this Jimmy Johns location to anyone.

I have visited this Jimmy John’s maybe once a month for the last half year. I always order the same thing (#5 combo with extra tomatoes, extra cucumber, add avocado spread), and they always get it right. They have never messed up my order. The sandwiches are always really good, and even though I go through the drive thru the employees there in the window are always so nice. The last time I went, the girl complimented my earrings, and it made me feel nice for the rest of the day. I really appreciate this place.
