I went in on the night of the 2nd and was given a warm welcome from Tony who took my order, made my sandwich, rung me up, and kept conversation all at once in amazing time even with a bunch of orders hanging in front of him! I come here often because this is much better than Jersey Mike’s but outstanding service that night for sure. Cost of food is not bad considering it’s high quality and how inflation raised prices everywhere but JJ stayed pretty much the same, love the new red Velvet cookies too. Thank you so much Jimmy John’s 10/10 will return!

Freaky fast?!? More like freaky slow!!! I ordered on the app at 5:26pm. I selected to be notified when the order was ready to be picked up. No notification received nor sent. When I went into the store to pick up my order. They had it in the back of the store and when I asked about notifications, they said that they “forgot”. Really?? Forgot?? Customer service is lacking at this locale. I will not order from this place again!!!

Went to grab a quick lunch with my friend. They took longer than usually but I assume it was lunch time so maybe they were busy. It was good food and we got full. Would go back. We got the giant sandwiches and didn’t realize how big they actually were haha! Definitely worth it. It was $40 for both of us to eat. If we would have gotten regular sandwiches it definitely would have been cheaper. Thanks for a bomb lunch!

I was appalled at the service and the food.their freaky fast delivery delivered it to the wrong place. An hour later when I called to ask where my food was I was informed they left it on the porch of my home.Not my worksite where I asked for it to be delivered. Worst 50$ I ever spent.
