I called the Broadway store and they said they couldn’t help me as they didn’t have enough bread and I should have called sooner. I work at an assisted living facility and our cook is recovering from surgery, the other cook was on vacation and we had no one to make lunch for our residents, frozen food, etc. I called the Main Street store and they were so willing to help even on short notice. They were super fast, the food was amazing and the employees were outstanding. Our residents loved the food and want to know when we can have Jimmy John’s sandwiches again. Our residents were full and happy. Our staff wasn’t stressed and we all had a fantastic day. Thank you so very much.

My friend recently started working for Jimmy Johns and has been boasting about it. Went out to try if for myself and I wasn’t disappointed. Their #7 is really delicious and it’s packed with meat and veggies. The guy helping me out was very quick and kind. I already loved their triple chocolate cookies and now I love everything else! I’ve legit ordered here (I live near the court house) about 45 times and they have got my order wrong 1, yes 1 time and it was very minor. The food is awesome and fresh, never sloppy and the ingredients are fresh. I don’t know what magic they are working but to get my order right virtually everytime is awesome. Please give this place a shot!

Delivery guy made a passive aggressive comment on not tipping. I was really taken by surprise that I didn’t even get a word out before he left. First of all I usually tip but the last order I made with them was wrong and I waited over 45 minutes for it so I decided not to tip this time around. And secondly tipping is an option and shouldn’t be expected! Very unprofessional.

Ordered my go to sandwich, for delivery, yesterday bread hard as a rock and all I tasted was oil (no vinegar) and no meat, cheese, tomato taste at all. Might give them one more chance down the road but that will be it if they don’t improve.
