Had Jimmy Johns catered lunch today. These are the cheapest sandwich I’ve ever had. 1 little piece of Turkey, ridiculous. I stopped eating these years ago because they are so chintzy with the meat portion. Come on at least put a quarters worth of meat on your sandwiches

Ordered take out for 2, waited 15 minutes to pick up, when we got there the employees were standing around doing nothing, so we figured our food was ready. Went to the counter, told them we had a mobile order, it wasn’t even started. Okay, no big deal, we will wait. The employee that started our food had long braids in her hair, so her hair was in the food and dragging across our sandwiches. At this point my fiancé says she doesn’t want to eat it, I don’t blame her. We get the girls attention, and ask to cancel the order. She walks away, and is consoled by another employee. We are told they can’t cancel online orders and will contact me with an area manager sometime within a day or 2. Been over almost a week now, and nothing. Never going back to this store. Disgusting and unprofessional. Needs the crew retrained, and some sort of management. Edit: I wish the Jimmy Johns at this location cared. I didn’t ask for any thing. At all. But they left the review with a totally eyes shut reality of how they have their restaurant.

Curbside order here is a joke i have my toddler eith me 100% of the time, its hard to get un and out. Ill eait for 30 plus minutes just to find out its been ready the whole time just didnt bother to cjeck the computer.Never gotten my order right when i order online, when my food is right the food is good. The people are never friendly and always rude. When i get it delivered it takes and hour for them to drive a 6min drive.
