I have been coming to this Jimmy Johns for many years. I love the Beach Club, it scratches my itch for a delicious sub sandwich. I love it. The employees here though, sour my experience a bit. They exude negativity and irritation that they have to actually take orders from customers. I come here for the delicious sandwiches, not the customer service, but it is a bit unfortunate that I walk away each time feeling like they just don’t care about creating a positive experience for customers. I will always come back but at this point I have come to expect this. Food is awesome but the service is mediocre at best.

Wow, really disappointed in our sandwiches last Saturday. Lettuce was old, wet and wilted and roll was soggy. Hard to eat a sandwich like that. Chips were good so we ate those. Also, have the portions of meat gotten smaller?

I have never had a bad experience with jimmy johns till now! I understand pictures are made to look way better than the actually made product … it this is ridiculous! If I didn’t drive 15min there and 15mins back I would have taken it back and complained! But instead I had to come here. Look at the pics, you tell me if you would have paid 10 bucks for this sandwich??

Am a regular at this location and it’s never been very fast but it’s friendly. but today I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich when there was only 3 other customers in The place. The Sunday sandwish maker…well she needs to light a fire under herself. No rush is her approach.
