This is probably one of my all time favorite places. I think I’ve spent more money here then anywhere. Every time I’m on break I go here. The workers are seriously the best. The Draper Jimmy Johns just has this charm that the other JJ’s don’t. It’s always top tier service and I have became great friends with so many of the workers here. I love this place so so so much!!

I have had good experiences in the past with this jimmy John’s but this time was off putting. This wasn’t a busy day I ordered a number 4 and I ordered that because it comes with no cheese because I react to cheese poorly. I didn’t check my sandwich before eating because the past few times have been fine. But I knew something was off half way through I check it out to see that I have huge slices of cheese on my sandwich. I also looked at the wrapper and there was green Goop all over. This is subway behavior not jimmy Johns’s… I expect better ☹️

Not a fan of this location. Came in and sat by the pre-order pickup shelf for 20 minutes before we stood by the counter and were finally asked if we were waiting for an order. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but every single customer that came in after us received their order and left before we did, both online and at the counter. Doesn’t seem like the “pre-order” quickens up the process of getting something to eat. Food is decent, but the handling of the incoming orders isn’t really handled with any kind of organization.

The atmosphere was fair. The volume was good. Playlist was good. Staff was friendly. Pricing was OK. Additions however minimal are expensive. Nothing really bad to say… I got the gargantuan… And it was not that big. So in that sense it was pricey, I easily ate the whole thing in one sitting.

Pretty hard to beat the taste, quality, and speed of service at Jimmy John’s. The bread has the perfect density for this style of sandwich, and you have the option to un-which any sandwich (create a lettuce wrap). I have never been disappointed with any sandwich from any location.

they don’t follow instructions. I asked for kids combo and they literally gave me bread with ham. I clearly asked for kids combo just like in the picture but they gave me that instead . I complained and they rudely gave me ham wrapped. Horrible staff
