Ordered a giant gargantuan, and asked to have it wrapped separately so I could eat half for lunch tomorrow. Had a 10 minute conversation with the staff who told me absolutely not because the owner would not allow it. First time I ever ran into this issue. For 15 cents a paper does not seem to make a lot of sense. Left without the sandwich, and never coming back to this location. Bad owner.

Their machine wasn’t accepting my tap to pay, so I had to run out to my car to get my other card. Again….. their problem not mine. But, fine. So I come back in with my card right away and the freaking lady makes me wait behind three people before she helps me again. That’s pretty messed up. She should’ve helped me right away.train your employees better. It’s not rocket science working at jimmy johns……

Doordash messed up on the adresss and I called the store to try to get it sorted out and they were very helpful, I was put in touch with the driver and he helped get it sorted out. Very nice guy. The order was perfect they got everything right. Thank you

Jimmy John’s is my go-to when I am in a hurry. This location is not in a hurry and not freaky fast like they claim. We stopped after a long travel day for a quick late dinner. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and it took q5 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. Once they got our sandwiches made I had to remind them I ordered kick’n ranch sides. To top it off, we got food poisoning and have been sick all day from the food. Avoid this location!

I sent feedback and never heard back. But my sister And I ate here last week. She was halfway through her sandwich and noticed MOLD on her bread!!!! So horribly disgusting and a health hazard to have moldy bread being served in their facility. So don’t go here unless you’re interested in eating moldy food. Never heard back from the store owner. Not surprising!

Ordered Jimmy John’s today because the delivery is normally quick and the delivery charge is decent. Today it took over 50 minutes to get my food. When it arrived it felt pretty light. When I checked the sandwich my Kickin Chicken Sandwich had no Chicken.

Just ordered and ate a tuna with lettuce wrap instead of bread. The sandwich maker added shredded lettuce to my sandwich that was already a lettuce wrap. Seriously?!?! Hardly any tuna but sure got my money’s worth of lettuce. What a rip off!!!
