I come to this location all the time and usually my food is perfect but today I ordered the veggie sandwich with no tomato. when I got home to eat it there was no avocado spread & barely any lettuce 🙁

Delivery is more often a miss than a hit. I consistently wait 50+ minutes for my order to arrive and I live under 5 minutes away. I’ve never received my order “freaky fast” from this location. On top of the slow delivery, the sandwiches come poorly made compared to other locations. At this point I don’t even know why I bother.

The girl working tonight (Aug. 18 8:30pm) has amazing customer service. She was beyond nice and was so quick and efficient even though she was the only one working. She deserves a raise or promotion. Super professional and so sweet! Loved her.

Food was good. We decided to eat inside, however while eating we watched the guy slicing the meat with gloves on answer the phone with the same gloves on then return to slicing meat and placing it on the table with those same gloves. It was kinda gross because who knows how often the clean the phone and just overall it was kinda eye opening and very unappealing. Food was good but I kinda lost my appetite after my cousin pointed that out to me.

Boyfriend and I ordered two normal subs, total was $20. Paid through the app with the last of our money, it fully went through, but when he went to go pick up they told him it didn’t and refused to give him the order even though he showed proof. Had to borrow money to pay AGAIN. So our total was actually $40 and we have no idea where the original $20 went. They should’ve given the food or issued a refund on the spot, not charged us double. It still shows on my card that the first order went through. So don’t trust paying through the app or paying with a card in general unless you have the spare money sitting around just in case. $40 for two subs. Won’t be returning and will make sure to tell others.

I order a Beach Club to go as usual and this time they put very little turkey almost nothing i went back an hour ago and they told me that’s the normal amount which I know is not true because I always order it and they didn’t want to make me a new one so Disappointed ☹️

The customer service here is non-existent. Last month I sent feedback for one particularly terrible visit and the manager reached out to me and offered a gift card. It was nice to see that they want to make it up to me, until the gift card never shows up and I never hear from them again. The overall experience would have been better had they not even pretended to try. Now tonight, it was 39 minutes from the time the app said it was out for delivery and when it arrived. I’m a 3 minute drive. I could have walked there and back faster. Twice. I’m not likely to ever order from here again.

I placed an order for delivery today at 11:39. The order was delivered at 1:01 so 1hour and 22 minutes later. They only delivered one of the two sandwiches ordered so it is now 1:39 and my second sandwich has finally arrived. Today marks the third and final time they have screwed up my order. Last time it was a Turkey Tom sandwich but they put ham instead of turkey. Before that I ordered a Pepe that arrived with nothing but ham in the bread.

Last week I ordered delivery from this location and to be honest, wasn’t very pleased. That being said, I left them feedback on the website and was pleasantly surprised that I actually got a response. They reached out and very apologetic and offered to make it right. I was still not really expecting anything more to come if it, but last night I came home and had a gift card from them at my door! Very happily surprised at the follow thru and impressed that they brought it right to my door (I don’t live in Sandy)! I will certainly be back for more lunch at this location.
