Ordered an Italian night sub with onions and peppers. get home to find out it is slathered in mayonnaise! Who puts mayonnaise on an Italian sub??? I have never heard of this, and for it to happen in a popular and well-known sub shop is just beyond me. really disappointed me as I had to scrape it all off so all I got was bread and meat no lettuce, tomato onion, or peppers because they’re covered in mayonnaise! I changed this review to one star after eating the sandwich. The bread is terrible. It’s like wonder bread with a hard crust. By the time you get three bites in the whole thing has been squashed down and there’s no bread just a flat piece of crust. I also could not taste any vinegar and oil, so I’m not sure it even got put on there. And they have these little, 50 Cent piece, size tomatoes. You get three on a 6 inch sandwich… I don’t think I’m gonna go back to this place. These guys gotta be able to do a lot better to be a real sandwich shop.

I love this place! They live up to their slogan of freaky fast. And ordering using their app makes it even faster! I love their sense of humor displayed everywhere. This location in particular has a nice greenhouse-type dining area inside, and shaded patio area outside. And their sandwiches are amazing.

I ordered a unwhich from this location and they made it smaller and didn’t even correctly wrap the lettuce there’s no lettuce on top of the unwhich. when i talked to them about it they told me they don’t get to pick the size of the unwhich. Even though they made it and wrapped it. If you’re trying to get an unwhich order from the 300 west one they’re consistent with their portions rather than the mess they made on 21st South. Poor customer service.

Easy to walk in a grab a decent sub. Customer service is usually decent and my order hasn’t been wrong in the few years I’ve been goin. Worst part is just the parking in the area.

I come here once a week on the weekends. They are always polite to me when I get my sandwich and give fast service. If there’s ever a sudden surge of people coming in that slows the service slightly, they’re really nice and explain what’s going on and still get my food to me in good time. Their food always just tastes like a regular sub, which is exactly what I want. Their produce is pretty good.

Third time ordering online for pick up. Wont do it again. First two times I was never updated that the order was ready to pick up. I just went an hour after the order was received assuming by then surely it was done. Both times the order was sitting waiting for who knows how long and both times I received my “update” after leaving. The second order was pretty wrong. The third time I gave it a shot I ordered a sub with EXTRA tuna but rather got a sub with very little tuna. And I mean like not even the amount a normal order would receive.

Had issues with payment over the app last night ordering dinner, and called the store asking for help. Usually when something like this happens I expect the employee to be unable to help and tell me it is what it is and they can’t help with app issues. A girl with a wonderful attitude picked up the phone and cancelled the online order that had problems and placed a new one over the phone with proper payment in less than five minutes. Wow! I never expect someone like this to be working in a restaurant. I asked for her name because I had to be sure her employers knew how kind and helpful she is!! Tell Claire she is amazing!!!

Usually I order here at least once every 2 weeks but lately have not been able to. Due to them not having any turkey sandwiches at all. It says on the app that there is a turkey shortage? But every other sandwich place has turkey. So who knows what is going on.
