Great experience! I have always thought that Jimmy John’s was overpriced but it seemed pretty reasonable today. We liked the number 17 with the red peppers, they are very tasty but a little bit spicy. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious. Inside the restaurant was clean and also has some outdoor seating for when it’s not so hot.

I’m very disappointed with my sandwich, I ordered the country club and I asked for oil and vinegar to be on it. They did the opposite no oil no vinegar. It is the most dry sandwich I’ve ever had. I do not believe that the bread was baked fresh. The meat is dry around the edges. This is very close to me and I will go out of my way to never go to this Jimmy John’s ever again. Thanks guys.

I normally like JJs, but today I stopped by there, and the didn’t include everything I asked for (but luckily didn’t charge me) the didn’t get the order correct (hence the receipt showing no lettuce and a sandwich with lettuce) and, the bread was dry and hard. #firstworldproblems

I ordered my lunch from here at 1:39. Arrived 90 minutes later. Ten minutes after my lunch break ended. The location is less than a mile from my work. 90 minutes to make a sandwich and drive it less than a mile. Freaky fast. I would truly recommend not ordering from this location if it can be avoided. Sandwich was fine.

Showed up to this location tonight without realizing what time it was. Despite the fact that they closed in two minutes, Neal and Aileen (I’m so sorry if I misspelled your name) were overly willing to take care of us. They were reassuring that they could help us with no problem. This location is definitely doing it right with great customer service.

Extremely slow service. Orders take 60-90 min to arrive via delivery (1 mil. away) Delivery orders seem to lose priority. I’m not sure if its an understaffed location or something else. Third time with this location. Each time has been same experience.

Freaky fast my A!! Over an hour for delivery a mile a way! I called to check on my order and they were RUDE!! Delivery driver way RUDE!! Otdered a Vito extra cheese cut in half and a pickle quartered. NO cheese not cut and pickled was barely cut in half So disappointed!
