I feel bad changing my review but the other night my wife and I stopped in. I ordered a sandwich the BLT I ordered it with extra extra tomato extra extra lettuce and three servings of peppers with extra bacon. There were six slices of tomato total a handful of lettuce. The bacon was doubled because I paid money for that. Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed in my sandwich. I have ordered that sandwich from multiple Jimmy John’s across Salt Lake City and have almost never been disappointed but that sandwich lacked love or pride or any care of the customer. I love Jimmy John’s. It is a wonderful sandwich is a wonderful atmosphere. I understand you all were busy at the time my wife and I arrived to order sandwiches but I still expected to get what I asked for when we paid almost $40 for two sandwiches.

Everytime I come here the sandwiches are the same. They are super delicious. I’m happy with eating here and satisfied with the service I get. It’s fast and delicious and eating here It’s some of the best food. So make sure you wear a mask when you go in and some places you can sit down and others you can’t. Make sure you know what you want before you go in because it makes things easier when there’s a lot of people. You can find a lot of menus on google or look up menus for Jimmy John’s online. My order was made wrong, did not notice until I got home and gave it to my kids. I always order the same thing (Slim 1 Giant) I recieved the Pepe. Drove back to have it fixed the guy who was giving me a refund was very confusing he kept saying I owed him without telling me he refunded the previous order. Also, he threw the sandwich in the trash with attitude. I probably won’t return to this location, customer service wasn’t great. No offer to keep the incorrect sandwich or chips for having to drive all the way back. After all was done he did say “sorry about that” just didn’t seem sincere and it was frustrating having to go all the way back.

Went there today. Usually I go through the drive through but took my daughter today so we went in so she could take time reading the menu so we just sat & ate there. The service was awesome, workers friendly. Even got a free cookie.

My last review was 3 stars but I have to drop it. I ordered my sandwich about 2 hours ago and it still isn’t here. I got a notification that it was out for delivery 30 minutes ago. This is terrible service and hopefully I can eat at some point today… but who knows.

Day-old bread is hard and makes a sound if you tap it on the tabletop— even if it’s Jimmy John’s bread. Yesterday, we ordered two originals. Why did we bother customizing them? They weren’t made with what we asked for. And the only reason we order from Jimmy John’s in the first place is their delicious, baked-that-morning bread. But we didn’t get that, either. I’m very disappointed with this Jimmy John’s location.

I usually have good experiences at this location but after the other night, I won’t be returning. I ordered a #12 with no veggies and when I got home, the sandwich had “x mayo” written on it and when I opened it, it was literally bursting with veggies and extra mayo. I tried to scrape it off but my husband insisted we take it back. We took it back and I explained to the staff that perhaps we were given someone else’s sandwich because of the extra mayo indication on the wrapper and they said “we don’t make mistakes” and continued to look down on me and treat me as if I was trying to swindle them out of another sandwich. The employee at the register made me repeat what I had ordered to her several times before someone else stated that they would remake the sandwich. We tried to give them the wrong sandwich to just throw away, again the employee at the register was very rude and said “we can’t take that back” and then they told us we could keep it or throw it away ??? If we wanted to keep it, we would have just stayed home instead of driving back to the store to get it fixed. I really did not appreciate being treated like that when I was trying to be extremely nice about them making my food that I paid for incorrectly.

Dang guys! Freaky fast and freaky helpful?! I just ordered lunch from here, I love the Vito because it has no mayo on it and historically my sandwich comes as the menu states. Well, today my order was delivered and I was disheartened to see mayo slathered on it.

It’s been almost 2 hours and I have not received my online order. The guy on the phone is very nice so I’m giving two stars instead of 1 because of him, but I’ve had to call and check twice and I still haven’t received it. The last call was 30 minutes ago.
