Fantastic service!! Our PTA made an online order on Sunday and accidentally put in the date for Tuesday instead of Monday. Called them right at 10 am and they answered and were willing to make three party trays for a pick up at 11! I got there right before, and they were almost finished so there really wasn’t that much wait, maybe five minutes.

Ordered a catering pack for a party, and it “ready for pickup” 90 minutes before the pickup time I scheduled it for. That was frustrating, but at least I assumed they would have kept them cold that far in advance. When I walked in to pick them up there were sitting on a shelf. So now do I order pizza? Or get food poisoning? So mad!

I enjoy Jimmy John’s sandwiches. No matter which one I go to, and I’ve been to write a few, they are always consistently good. I like that they’re sandwiches has predefined meat and veggies based on which option you choose. They make the sandwiches quickly so 8 can order, eat, and go within 30 minutes or less. Their restaurants are always clean as well.

Sadly freaky fast delivery wasn’t a thing for us which is disappointing because I order here often ordered at 7:37pm didn’t get my order until around 8:30pm we did get a call from the store but if I new the driver was going to be that late I would have just went and picked it up myself driver was also driving very reckless wasn’t a good thing

I visited this particular location to pick up a sandwich I wasn’t thrilled by the amount of discussion and the kind of discussion that was going on between the employees I feel like it’s appropriate to have as much conversation as you want when there’s not gas in the store but when there’s guest in the store it needs to be professional and it needs to be on topic relevant to what’s happening and the appearance of the store could’ve been better it just seemed like it needed a deep cleaning.
