The lunch team always goes above and beyond every time I order food. They know me by my nickname and never fail to take a moment to say hi to me and ask about my day when I come in, whether I’m picking up a called in order or if I’m just popping in to grab a bite. I enjoy asking about their day too, and feel like I made some freaky fast friends! This team is so positive and inspiring! I absolutely LOVE my Jimmy Johns lunch days thanks to them, and I try to never miss a week! Kudos to the manager and the whole amazing team there! They are a model for excellent service and friendliness. In fact, I love this team! I hope you will share this with them, they deserve the recognition for being so much more than a restaurant serving food. These guys dish out big helpings of kindness and love! And I love them for it!

Best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I used to refuse to go to Jimmy John’s because I thought it was a rip off. Now I work nearby, so I decided to give it a chance. Thanks to friendly staff, I started going back…and that’s when I started loving Jimmy John’s. This location has the BEST staff of ANY restaurant!!!

Getting a little CHEAP guys? I ordered an original sandwich and it didn’t come with cheese or anything else on it so I thought it would at lease have the roast beef it claimed it had and thank god I added every free veggie to it because it came with one slice of meat……. Asked for a meat substitution but instead was up-charged without notice. Asked the manager to fix it after I noticed the extra charge on the receipt, and he refused, “You can write a review.” So here we are. Nickel-and-diming your customers is a hell of a way to run a business. Never going back.
