Sandwich is good, Delivery is pretty fast, but my order always seems to be missing its sides. No chips the last two times I ordered them, no pickle the order before that, drink was missing once as well, and sometimes chips when I didn’t order them. It’s hard to ignore because the sides are pretty expensive. I leave a decent tip every time, so I’m not sure why this is happening. Wish I could give more stars, but I’m not getting what I paid for.

They work their butts off in there, if you want good service ask for HUGO, he will treat you like a 1# customer. They can’t always be fast with the amount of people that want to eat a sandwich, so be patient and give the workers a smile in there, they might even smile back.

Run ins with manager Collin Braken and his partner online have turned me forever off to ever supporting any business they are involved in. Some of the best sandwhiches I’ve ever had doesn’t make up for poor management and his belittlement of anyone who doesn’t make as much money as he. He brags about how much money he has and puts others down. Disgusting. He has no problem with employees fearing for their jobs, doesn’t care what they think, what the public thinks or how his spoiled attitude my effect his business. The first thing I would say is their ingredients always seem to be really high quality compared to other places like Subway. They are also freaky fast. I always just order from the app or website and by the time I get there in 5 minutes it’s ready to go without fail.

I’m here 3 to 4 times a week and I do a pick up curbside each time, my sandwich is always great, staff always really nice. Last 3 trips though I’ve been waiting outside almost 20 to 30 minutes cause they just forget to bring it out to me, so I have to call again and wait longer. If your not freaky fast. What’s the point. I’ll try a couple more times but will see..
