Just went to this location for the third time. Each time has been a disaster! But today the kid with long-ish brown curly hair that was working the drive through window was exceptionally ignorant! He rushed through our order, had ZERO customer service skills! We orders 3 sandwiches none of them labeled! Each sandwich was poorly made!! I wish I could post pictures on here! Then we asked him to cut one sandwich in half but apparently that task was too much for him as it was not done! If you are the manager/supervisor reading this please check on your staff! They seem to be lacking in many areas! This may be why you never seem busy!!!

I have always had good experiences with this jimmy johns location, but today felt just a little extra exceptional. I came through the drive thru with my two kids, placed an order and waited. When I got to the window I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I searched around my purse for something to use but couldn’t find anything. I told the employee at the window that I forgot my wallet. I asked if I could pull around to the front and if they could hold it for me while I figured something out. The employee was so kind and said with a smile that that was just fine. I pulled around and went back inside and the employee at the check register knew who I was and was very kind about it. I paid and went on my way. It wasn’t much, but a stressful situation for me was made less stressful just by a few smiles. Thank you again!

Wow, Fantastic sandwiches. Stopped in new location, with drive through. Greeted with a friendly employee that took my order. Freaky Fast. Very fresh. Had the giant Beach Club and regular Turkey Tom. Came as ordered and tasted wonderful.

I travel a lot and this has been my worst experience with Jimmy John’s out of at least 40 locations. I ordered a pickup and they forgot my bacon and half my sandwich was just pure lettuce, I had to scoop a whole handful out just to have regular levels of lettuce. It wasn’t even busy I got there and they were just all chillin, and I ordered it at least 5 minutes in advance. Was so stoked to have a JJ’s close to my house but after that I rather just drive to 12th street.

Jimmy John’s has by far became my favorite sandwich shop. I love being able to order on the app and get through the drive-thru really fast to pick up my order. The shop specifically I can get through really fast which is nice due to it being by the freeway. My favorite sandwich is the Italian nightclub (#9) and my dad prefers their JJBLT. All I’ve had are delicious!

I got a free sandwich email for my birthday. I was kinda excited till I got back to work and went to eat it. The sandwich was drowned in lettuce and had one small slice of turkey. It was a bread lettuce sandwich. Completely terrible.

Welcome to the neighborhood! New convenient location. Haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in a long time. They pride themselves on their quick service so you better make sure you know exactly what you want. You’d better order correctly because they are making your order as soon as the words are out of your mouth. Great place if the time allowed for your work lunch isn’t long enough. Quick service and pleasant, young, eager employees. (As of Aug 2022 they’re hiring.) Whatever we ordered, it was good, so you’ll probably be happy with whatever you order.

I placed an online order. Still hadn’t received my order after 40 minutes and checked the tracking app and said it was delivered but obviously not to me. I called the store and said where’s my order and the Lady said let me ask my driver he is right here. She said well your address comes up to many different places. I gave a very good description of my location and even the car to look for out front. Finally 20 minutes after talking to the store it was delivered. I thought it was supposed to be freaky fast delivery well it’s definitely not that! Next time I’ll take my business to a different location.
